I am a beginner of RF!
Microwave Transistor Amplifiers: Analysis and Design
Guillermo Gonzalez / Hardcover / Prentice Hall Professional Technical Reference / August 1996
Price~ S99.00
It is a very good book (it mainly discusses amplifiers and somehow oscillators in a DEEP mathematical sense, with examples, and practical designs.. It is mainly small-signal stuff (transceivers), very little about RF Power Amplifiers, which is a more speciallized field)...
It is much much better to understand the theory (specially in RF0, then/while do practical...
Hope this helped..

Hi..
I would recommend the book by DAVID POZAR. It has lots of good examples in addition you can use its solution manual.
