Antenna analyser substitute

Hi,
I've successfully used an MFJ 259B antenna analyser for tuning 13.56MHz antenna.
Unfortunatelly it stops work and the technician tell me that he need 2-3 weeks to repair. :(

Can you please suggest me another similar instruments or can you show me some other method for tuning resonating antennas?
