regenerative receiver

Hello,

I look for simulation of superregenerative receiver (ASK or OOK). Did someone from members create such simulation (best in MW*office) ?

Once I did regenerative receiver, but not Super-regenerative receiver. I used PSPICE and Ansoft Designer. For such a receiver, HB simulation is not recommanded, personally.

This will have to be done in the time domain. It will take a very long time since the quenching frequency is many orders of magnitude lower than the RF frequency.

I'm afraid to say transient is the only way. Oscillator simulation doesn't work because there are two freq's involved (oscillator freq and quench freq) and both are unknowns. This also eliminates harmonic balance. The quench freq even changes when the received signal changes. So transient is the only way, even if it will take ages .....
