|Z| probes and Agilent PNA

Hi All..
I don't know if this is the right forum but let's try...
I have a problem: I don't know where to put the electrical parameters if my Suss Microtech |Z| probes in the calibration program of an Agilent E8361A PNA. I would like to perform an on wafer LRM calibration.
