Please be a little bit more precise. The area of power amplifier is very large and covers from audio till to rf amps in xx GHz.

most PA stuff at those frequencies can be found in papers and from emprical analysis.

i suggest looking through microwave journal articles (check local university), micrwaves and RF, rf design and so on.

those are the best sources.

also plett/rogers text, radio frequency integrated circuit design is a source as well.
