could u share ur layout experiences about RF3146?

We will use RFMD RF3146 on mobile phone board. could u please talk about the layout and debug experiences about this PA , thanks.

For RF3146 I designed an EVB (as RFMD datasheet) and was working very nice.
On the mobile board check to have enough thermal vias under the PA (follow the EVB layout) and be careful with Vbat capacitor ground.
Also be careful with DC trace from Battery connector to Vbat pin. At maximum output power in GSM, the DC drop on this trace shall be less than 50mV.
