mc145026-27 replacement or price

I'll make mc145026 based remote control. I would like to know is there newer advanced replacement of this IC? I need a little handset with two buttons and a receiver with two relay outputs. Range is around 50meters outdoor.

What is the price range of mc145026 for 1000-2000 chips?
