I need help converting the following two phasor eqns into real time forms. Having problems with the imaginary (j). Side note, eqns below are related to electric and magnetic fields.
phasor form: -j*Em*sin(Bz)
convert into real time form
Em = constant
j = imaginary
B = beta
z = distance z
phasor form: k*sin(pheta)/(2*pi*epsilon)*e^(-j*B*r)*j*w/(c^2*r)
convert into real time form
k = constant
pheta = angle
epsilon = constant
B = beta
r = distance r
w = omega
c = constant
phasor form: -j*Em*sin(Bz)
convert into real time form
Em = constant
j = imaginary
B = beta
z = distance z
phasor form: k*sin(pheta)/(2*pi*epsilon)*e^(-j*B*r)*j*w/(c^2*r)
convert into real time form
k = constant
pheta = angle
epsilon = constant
B = beta
r = distance r
w = omega
c = constant
Give examples with numbers of both cases so I can illustrate. I am having trouble understanding what do you want. I find out this is a better alternative by showing exactly it can be done.
let's try the first exampe first
phasor form: -j*15*sin(2*z)
convert to time domain
to convert to real time you're suppose to mutiply the eqn by exp(-j*w*t) where w= omega (frequency) and then take the Real part to get the answer
