waveguide discontinuities
I am currently studying microwave filters, multiplexers for satellite communications, I want to use full wave modeling. I am aslo studying waveguide discontinuities particularly a rectangular to circular transition. I am using Fortran, which I think is the best language for that.
Does anyone knows a good resource for numerical methods in electromagnetics for these applications?
I recommend either CST Microwave Studio for doing wide-frequency sweep or Ansoft HFSS for complicated port structures such as coplanar type.
