I have spend sometime on this equation from digital communication and can't find any relevant information how this formula come from. It is a probability or maybe log likelihood.

Pr(A|B)=exp(A*B)/(1+exp(B)),

Is there anyone here know about this?Is it a theorem,rules or equation?.Thanks
