How much noise a microcontroller such as a PIC can introduce in a receiver with a PLL frequency synthesizer? Could it effect the VCO /PLL performance.

Yes, noise. Run your micro off of the PLL reference clock to minimize spurs.
You could also use a in line regulator between the microprocessor and the PLL. For example, run the microprocessor from +5, and have a linear regulator from the +5 V rail to +3.3, and run the PLL from the +3.3 volt rail.
Of course, you will still have grounding issued to deal with.

u can decrease the noise through the proper layout of the PCB of the PLL circuits.

in transmitter design, the problem also existed.
