Would you pls recommend a LC-VCO?

Hi all,
Would you pls recommend a LC-VCO which is required:
1)LC-VCO based CMOS Technology(Vdd=0.25v is preferred)
2)any frequency between 1~2GHz such as 1.08GHz is ok
3)low phase noise(in fact,LC-VCO always has good phase noise performance compared with ring Osc.)
