I now design one PA for some applications,using the motorola transistor-MRF282.its specifications are:Vcc=26V, Pout=10W at 2GHz, and the efficiency is about 40%.But I have no experience about this transistor.Anyone who has designed PA with this transistor please give me some suggestions.thanks.

Try to follow the Motorola recommendations what they have in the datasheet.
Usually they are very good in these specifications.
