there is a 100ohm resistor paralleled with a inductor(2.2nh) @t the DC power supply line for the Mos Transistor (MGA71543) for 2.6 wirless PA application. anybody know the purpose of the 100ohm ?(for cancelling the Self-Oscillator)
Yes, this reduces the Q of the inductor and also sets the impedance at higher frequencies as resistive.
