microstrip antenna for mobile tv system

Actually this is my final year project of my degree course. I've a problem to get the material for my project. As my project is in the Mhz frequency range so I need the substrate which have a higher dielectric constant as high as 28. I've found one that is BST but I don't know whre to buy the material. So if there any other suggestion or list of the material that related to my project please inform me.
