problem with pathloss 4.0

Hi,
I have a trouble with the Pathloss 4.0, related with the inicializating part.
I can execute the program only to the Resume module, because all other modules are blocked and the option of Configure / Program / Initializate program is in bold. I have no idea what could happened or how to solve it.
Have anybody a idea what could happened?
