SAW and transceiver layout

Will you care about the differential trace width when you do the layout of trace
from SAW(FEM) to transceiver(LNA) ? Thanks.

From my experience, I did the layout of differential trace as narrow/close as
possible without specifying specific impedance.

Could anyone advise your experience or opinion?Thanks.
