Can I use whip antenna which are commonly used in FM radios and cordless phone with a 433Mhz RF Tx/Rx modules.

Yep, you can use it. But you have to have in mind that the whip resembles a ground-plane antenna without the radial system, and because usually are operated with a poor electrical ground system, they are usually inefficient.
Yes, but you will have to shorten it. Assuming the whip is 1/4 wavelength long in the center of the FM band (98MHz), you would have to shorten it by a factor of 98/433.
So which antenna will be ideal for these RF modules.

definitely u can use whip antenna but it would be better to use other antenna as ferrite core as its gain would be higher
the whip antenna maybe too big!
u can use folded antenna!
