Tell me about the noise parameter!!~~~

talking about the noise parameter, δ,γ(the non-ideality factors in the gate and drain current noise power spectral density, respectively),and c(the correlation coefficient), i cannot find them in the model file of PDK, I designed the LNA just assumed the δ=2γ=6, c=-j0.5 according to the 0.18um technology. Luckily, the simulation results always seems OK. But could you guys tell me where to find them accurately?
