Polarizaation of PIFA

Do you know if it's possible to do a circular polarization with a PIFA ?
Because I want to do a very small GPS antenna, but I have not to much space.
If you have interesting ideas, tell me about it.

i think it would be difficult for the current in PIFA is always flow toward the shorted pole.
