what kind of topic in RFIC is more publishable?

I want to design multi-band DCR transceiver or just receiver, and one of the targets is WCDMA application.

Anyone can tell me which topology or direction is more publishable or interesting?

Or any reference?

I think the direction conversion is good and if you have idea about wide dynamic range recevier is excellent for WCDMA.
