What is a reasonable pHEMT gate peripheral to use for GSM TR switch. Or how can I size my pHEMT for to achieve P1db of 2W.

How could I know the the benifits of pHEMY type compared to pin-diode type
of switch ? Could you comment how to compare harmonic generation/attenuation performace in these two types of TRSW, any document or mechanism ?
