help me about a 50ohm amplifier

the amplifier is sirenza's sgl-2486,when it directs out ,can reach +8dbm, but then split two ways by mini's adp-2-1, a power divider,the output power is only 0dbm,the amplifier is internal matched to 50ohm,can anybody tell me where is the wrong,thanks a lot!

Are you sure that you output power is always 8 dBm.

if you sure about output,you can check your power spilter

hum i know where you went wrong

you using two dummy loads on your two meters to measure two routes

this wont work and still be 50R
the only reliable way to measure this is with a traveling wave tube

or better two of them

it is a device like a bike pump and has a plunger
you can use it to measure impedance and or rf in this split way properly

it has usualy a tap for meters scope etc ....
so you need to get two
or you need to do it one at a time
or use a balun
or somehow isolate the loads from each other

50R + 50R in parallel =25R DC level
