The difference may be in the frequency range.

I think no difference at all receiver is a global word work for all ranges of frequency but radio receiver is specific for RF range only

I don't understand what do you mean ! You may mean the difference between the Radio Rx and the Video Rx ( that is of Dish )

if you mean this ... the difference is in the frequency of each .. the audio Rx frequency is less than the video Rx frequency ..
