BF998 Dual Gate MOSFET pre amp and mixer

Hi,

Im trying to make a AM pre amp and mixer for 3.5 MHz - 4.0 MHz using a Vishay BF998 Dual Gate MOSFET.

Does anyonehave any reference files for dual gate MOSFET pre amps and for a dual gate MOSFET mixer for this frequency range?

The file is something quick I threw together, but didnt work at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is it a drawing mistake, or do you have both G1 and G2 connected together?
G1 should go to R1/C3 and G2 to C5/C6. They shouldn't be connected together ..
Besides that your circuit looks pretty good ..

Your simulation in Microcap can't go as IanP said.
I think you can give up C3 and R1 if the Q of the L1 is low enough.
