please i want any one to send me a drawing shows the FM CARRIER WAVEFORMS and
can i use the ac signal as a carrier wave

Cutting story short, you will have 2 different carriers employed in the FM transmission: squere wave and sine wave.
Here ( http://www.fiber-optics.info/articles/FM-modulation.htm ) you will find a nice explenation on why you should use sine wave (multiple channeals) or any other form (single channel) in FM modulation.

As far as power is concerned, generating/amplifying a square wave is always more efficient than sine wave as for sine wave amplification you need linear amplifiers ( for example A-class ), whereas for square wave all what you need is a fast switch, so there is almost no power loss.
As far as spectrum usage is concerned, sine waves are superior to square waves as they use only small part of freqency spectrum, whereas square wave will have harmonics almost everywhere.
