problems faced during designing a 2meter band PA

i'm doin a thesis on designing a PA. I want to know what kind of problems i'll face in the designing process of a POWER AMPLIFIER. I WANT TO DESIGN A 2METER BAND PA. So i hope to get some valuable advice from people out there.

One problem is the out of band behavior. Be sure to calculate the stability factor over all frequencies and insure that the source and load impedances are in stable regions.

Harmonic generation is another problem. Make sure you have high attenuation in the output network in this region. You may have to add a filter on the output.
