Equivalent circuit model of packages SOIC24 and LDCC24

I'm looking for an equivalent RLC circuit model (up to 20 GHz) for packages SOIC24 and LDCC24 from KYOCERA. We would like to take into account the package parasitics and also the effect of bonded wires. Thanks a lot for your help!
