Antenna Polarization [hlp]
I am a beginner in antenna theory. I have a question.
If an antenna has RIGHT HAND CIRCULAR POLARIZATION in its transmitting mode, what is its polarization in receiving mode? Has it RHCP or LHCP in its receiving mode?
Noooooooooo oooooooooone
the reciever must be RHCP also the reflected wave only is LHCP
Hi,
Also note that RHCP means it is right hand with respect to the direction of propagation. When transmitting the direction of propagation is outward, when receiving the direction of propagation is inward. So both the receiving and the transmitting antennas should have the same polarization.

Hello;
Can you explain me with figures?
Best you should refer to this book:
Antenna Theory and Design, 2nd Edition by Warren L. Stutzman,Gary
A. Thiele
This book is best in antenna design and theory.
Rgd & GIG.
I advise you to read this book:
Antenna.Theory, 2nd Edition by Balanis
This book is very good for the beginner in antenna theory
I agree with pllen, the book,Antenna.Theory, 2nd Edition by Balanis, is very good. I have the documents of this book. If anyone wants it, pls contact with me by this e-mail:
joshuacp@163.com .
I also ask a question, does anybody have this document of this book: Antenna Theory and Design, 2nd Edition by Warren L. Stutzman,Gary
A. Thiele
Added after 3 minutes:
Can I upload the documents to somewhere, then others can loadown it? how?
Use "EDA E-books Upload/Download" forum. But before you upload read the rules:
