Can anyone give me advise on designing IC.Like Im a beginner on this field and Im still a student in my first year. can anyone advise me on some referances regarding this topic?

You can refer to the IC Design books like Razavi's Design of analog cmos integrated circuits, Sedra's Microelectronic Circuits, Laker & Sansen' Analog Intergrated Circuit Design and there are a lot notes which are easy to understand you can get from Google search. I did start my IC design from this way and keep update on the design field/industries always.
