Hi, I need help on the warning message that I got from Spectre simulation
What is " M3: 'Pdiblc2' = -3.25591e-16 is negative "? Why this occurs?
(I know "Pdiblc2" stand for..."Second coeffient of drain-induced barrier lowering")
There are several MOSs that got this message.
However, I cannot tell the any rule from the schematic.
This occurred while I simulated my LNA with temperature insenstive bias circuit.
Without the bias circuit, there was no such a warning.
Do you have any idea? Thanks
