Cyclostationary Noise?

HI Guys:

Can anyone explain the characteristic of cyclostationary noise, and the effect of this cyclostationary noise to Phase noise in a VCO design. Thanks in advance

Stationary, -> statistical properties are constants (mean, variance, etc)
Cyclostationary -> statistaical properties are periodic function.
