ingeneral,all the EM signal contains frequency componenets in the RF range (or in other location of the frequency spectrum) has no effect on the living bodies unless these radiation are avaliable with strong density and high flux.if this is the case,then these radaition could cause damage to the genatic structure also,it has an impact on the brain and the behaviour of the person,,,,,

Take for an example, a human like phantom with human-like liquid
inside could absorb at least 3dB for maximum power transmit.
3dB implies 1W for 900 band and 0.5W for 1800/1900 band.

Maybe phantom is the worst case, you can take reference some papers, but the number above is quite amazing, isn't it ?

Why the particular concern with "mobile radiation" ? Actually I guess you mean radiations from mobile phones, which can be called electromagnetic radiation in the frequency band of communications systems. So what mobile band has diferent from other electromagnetic comunication band ? The answer is nothing. These are non ionizing radiation and the only effect regonizable is the termic effects resulted from very high magnetic fields, electrics field, power density or current density.
