REQ HELP:what is pml,gaussian source and board resonance?

i read a paper about decap then in the paper it mention about all this noun and i am a newie so i hope anyone here can tell me where to seek for,thanks.

Gausian Source - A source that emits pulse in the shape of Gausian curve. It has some advantages in time domain analysis of EM structures

I think you are reading an article about FDTD (finite difference in time domain) or TML numerical methods. Try finding some book about these methods, there you will find a lot of details and explanations.
