2. RF design guide by Peter Vizmuller;
3. RF Microelectronics by B. Razavi

The design of CMOS RF circuits by T lee(the second edition) is a good ref book

But maybe these books are for more high frequency,over GHZ.
what I need is just for about 10.7MHZ or 100MHZ
