Yes, I'm starting to use ADS for RFIC design. So far, I needed to model the bondwire's inductance and mutuals-had to use HFSS to get the spars and the used the spars like a black box. I'm also trying to extract a bsim model for our die. So far we've been having equipment problems because we have an old (serial 0002!) IC-CAP station.

What do you mean "iccap station"? ICCAP is a software program from Agilent (and EEsof before they got bought) that is optimized for model parameter extraction and instrument control?
I had used both MWOffice and @DS for RFIC design for my master project. Let me know if anybody wants to get any example or info on the subject. :)
