bf998 s parameters

Hi All,

Please guide me from where I could get S-Parameter file for BF998 dual gate MOSFET device, I need to simulate mixer circuits using BF998 in ADS.

For that I need to have this S-Parameter file, please help me to obtain this.

Infineon, producer of BF998 has downloadable s parameters for this transistor.
