S - parametres measurement

Hi !
I want to build the kalibrations kit to measurement of elements the R,L,C, transistors.(with the help of Vector Network Analyzers)
I need on subject theoretical and practical hands their realization.
I ask about materials in electronic form.

The VNA can give you the S-parameters measured.For example,the agilent's spview.exe is a little program to get s-parameters via gpib card.
Agilent's appcad.exe can do a lot of computation about the s-parameter collected.
You can find it on the internet.
