class f pa

i am designing class F power amplifier
at 2.4GHz
but y lab does not have spectre RF
it has only spectreS
how can i design it using spectreS

can u suggest any RF tool which will help me for PA design

You may use transient analysis and then FFT is used to obtain spectrum.

but it won,t give me the plot of efficiency v/s load, effficiency v/s i/p power etc.

It should not be expected too much things from spectreS that is old simulator of cadence.

If you use parametric simulation when load is changed, you may be able to draw output power-vs-load and some tricky methods you'll find other components but of course better way to use a "real RF simulator" when it's available.
