Query regarding the size of RFID Tag

Dear everyone
I was wondering if someone here could tell me how small the complete RFID tag can be? If I want to have an RFID Tag at 13 MHz or 2.45 GHz to occupy no more than 2cm by 1cm of space or equivalent to the size of a mobile phone sim-card.
Is 13 MHz and 2.45 GHz achievable? I think 13 MHz is not possible due to the size of the antenna required. While 2.45 GHz may just be possible!
Thank in advance!

hi, well I've 10mm diameter HF tag if you want something small!
- Physical size of antenna in terms of guided wavelenght
- PLL Synthesized radio
- What size components should I use with ATF-55143
- what size end launch SMA would best fit a 1mm FR4 board?
- Calculation domain size for EM simulations - Does a rule of thumb exist?
- How to use Synthesizer PLL ICs with Integrated VCO to make harmonic VCO(6GHz->24Ghz)?
