The theoty of phase noise (Alper Demir, Amit Mehrotra, and Jaijeet Roychowdhury "Phase Noise in Oscillators: A Unifying Theory and
Numerical Methods for Characterization." IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS?I: FUNDAMENTAL THEORY AND APPLICATIONS, VOL. 47, NO. 5, MAY 2000 ) gives relationship for oscillator phase noise spectrum with Gaussian noise source.
around first garmonic we will have S(ω)=ω02*c/((ω02*c)2+(dω)2)
Than --- more noise sources value --- more constant c --- wider spectrum around garmonic
When sombody try to simulate (using ADS HB) simple oscillator with qubic nonlinear element (SDD based) and noise source like resistor in LC resonator, one will not observe wider noise spectrum with more noise source (more resistor temperature)
