does anybody know about transistor MRF5590 and MRF245?...i have looked everywhere for it but i can't get it anywhere. if somebody knows about the transistor or can tell me the equivalent transistor for both the transistors mention above, pls mail me. if anybody knows where to get the transistor or has the transistors, mail me too. thank you very much.
