Need help on high speed integrated pulse detector

Hello,
I'm trying to design an integrated (on-chip) high speed
pulse detector in BiCMOS technology. The detector is asynchronous
and should be able to detect pulses of width 750 ps.
Can anyone share any ideas/reference material/papers/articles on
this design topic?
