pls help me wif this circuit

could somebody here tell me how to know bout the inductance of L1, L2, L3, L5, L8, and L9. i have looked everywhere for the transistor MRF5590 and MRF245 but i wasn't able to find the transistors. if anybody has the transistors or know where to get it, pls inform me. is there any other equivalent transistors to the MRF5590 and MRF245. please help me on this.

L1 L2 L3 look like stripline inductors (PC board traces).
L5 L8 L9 are described at the bottom of the schematic.
