in need of a class C PA with freq. of a 2 meter band(144MHz)

i'm goin to design a HAM radio power amplifier. the PA will be a 2meter band(144 MHz) PA with an output power of 80-100 watts. the PA will be a CLASS C PA. i will require a few circuits as example to help in my design. so if anybody has any or know about the circuit that i require, please mail me. thank you so much for it.
