i need to built 2watt amplifier at 900 Mhz is there any single device which can be use for this and can be find easily.

If you can live with 1W then you can consider the MAX2235 ..

There is, however, 900MHz 2W PA. It is used in NOKIA3210 and its name is PF01420B. It looks like you can get data sheet and buy it from mobile phone repair shops .. http://dibiottanta.it/content_uk/prodotto.asp?id=2022
