how my Narrow band FM reciever 13135 work

I have build the project set in the datasheet of 13135
x to x ,y to y most of the part are smd but it is not work
i want to make it work at 144mhz frequeny
can any one help me

you must detail your problem.
If a circuit does not work normally,there are many possible trouble.

i dont have any instrument to measure
but the sound that comes out from the ic is not clear
