Would anyone which have information regarding the design of Class A Power Amplifier, please post them?

One Question too: How is a Power Amplifer classified as Class A. Cos a PA generally consist of several stages of which can be either A,B,C,D,E, ... so would it be correct to say that as long as the output stage is Class A then the PA is a Class A PA?

Usually the output stage class determines the PA's classification ..

It would seems that the literature written are mainly for Class A Amplifer designed in BJT, is there any design done in FET?
If you are after FET/MOSFET design then take a look at this example:

However the design show is rather not good for intergrated into a chip due the transformer and the diodes.
