Hello,
Could anyone help me? I need the s-parameters of the device ATF36077 for 24GHz. Max frequency in datasheet is 18GHz. Noise parameters could be extrapolation good, but s-param aren't so expectable. Did anyone measure it?
I don't want to hear to use other device. I know it. I have to design LNA just with this.
