emergency: block diagram of frequency converter / amplifier

I would like to have some information about the scheme. (kind of components, function). I have to work on a similar project but I don't understand the work of each components on the scheme.

Block diagram is pretty straightforward and simple. What block is giving you the trouble understanding it?

I 'd like to have some precision about MMI-A, MMIC-PA and DSP.
